Savoury muffin premix upgrade

I decided to add my own spin to the Clicks Smartbite savoury muffin premix

I followed the recipe and added a few of Cody's favourites; bacon, cheese and peppers!
Results below:

Where it all began

This blog is inspired by a 3-year-old with a long list of food allergies. My nephew was diagnosed with a range of allergies which prompted me to start experimenting. Wheat-free and nut-free foods here we come, who said healthy foods can't be delicious
